COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

In 2009, Edwardson Construction led the project management of three major projects in downtown Philadelphia with Reinhold Residential, participating in the entire process of upgrading/renovating units to the selection of materials and architects:

  • Locust Point
  • Lofts at Logan View
  • The Packard Motor Car Building

Locust Point

Ranging from 592 - 1,028 sq ft, the condos at Locust Point are a community of 110 one- and two-bedroom condominiums with on-site parking, located at 25th and Locust Streets in the highly desirable Fitler Square neighborhood. Situated on the Schuylkill River waterfront, adjacent to Schuylkill River Park and Jogging Trail, Locust Point Condos are a great buy if you are looking for condos near University of Pennsylvania.

Locust Point is Center City's most desirable new condo conversion, winner of 8 Building Industry Awards, including "Community of the Year" and "Best Condo". This architecturally unique building is finished with luxury amenities such as SS appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, high ceilings and new, huge windows with a wonderful southern exposure. Great value, a terrific sales record, and FHA approved, Locust Point demonstrated desirability by selling out when other buildings in town stood still.

         Lofts at Logan View

The Lofts at Logan View create a residential environment that defines the true urban experience. The space restores the industrial details and character that originally enhanced the building as a five-story plant for the Harrington Hoist Company in 1903. Lofts at Logan View has original brick walls and timber beams, showcased in natural light from industrial windows. High ceilings and ample space indoors are accentuated by accessibility to Center City employers, universities, shops, and recreation outdoors.  Centrally located in the midst of Center City, the Lofts provide easy access to everything Philadelphia offers.
